Noise from trams and traffic disturbed my sleep!!! Inconsistencies with air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm at times. It would be nice if the water temperature in the showers remained stable!!! The lack of elevators also made lugging bags inconvenient!!!

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the train station and main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, with luxurious Acqua dell'Elba toiletries that added a special touch. Breakfast provided a delightful assortment of options, and the staff were exceptionally courteous, helping with every query. However, the bathroom layout in room 108 posed a challenge for taller guests, and some external noise could occasionally be heard. Overall, a lovely experience with minor inconveniences.

Our stay was amazing—great spacious room with a nice terrace. Loved the air conditioning during the hot days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station. Plus, we had access to a cozy courtyard to unwind in after our adventures.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room temperature couldn't be controlled. it was either too hot or too cold. The breakfast options were limited, which was frustrating, especially for the price we paid. Additionally, the staff refused to accommodate our request for an early check-in, despite having rooms available. I felt ignored and undervalued as a guest.
